We seek companies with up to $100 million in enterprise value.

We target proprietary and research-driven transactions outside the focus of most private equity firms and strategic investors.  We believe that lower middle-market companies offer greater opportunities and growth potential compared to larger transactions targeted by traditional private equity firms.
