Bobby is an experienced and proven General Manager with over 16 years of experience in the new car franchise business. He began his automotive career while still in high school working during summers for his family’s new car dealership, Dulles CDJR-Subaru-Kia franchise in Leesburg, VA. He started at the very bottom washing cars and cleaning the service department while gaining experience and working his way up. He has worked in every department and key position in a new car dealership.

Functionally, Bobby began his automotive career as a service advisor for two years, a sales associate for two years, an assistant used car manager and wholesale manager for two years, continually taking on additional responsibilities until he was promoted to be the General Manager of all three dealership where he had day-to-day operating control and profit/loss responsibility from 2019 to 2023.

In his capacity as General Manager, Bobby restructured all business processes which resulted in sales volume and gross profit increasing in all departments (new car sales, used car sales, finance department, as well as service and parts sales). During his tenure, the company’s net profit increased five-fold compared to the previous 4 years.

Bobby joined AlpRidge Capital as an operating partner to leverage his experience and drive to acquire a new car franchise as a platform for organic growth and additional acquisitions. Due to his deep operating experience, Bobby is also versed in turning around underperforming and/or distressed dealerships.

He attended the Catholic University of America in DC where he studied Business Management. He had to leave school 15 credits short of his degree to take care of his mom who was going through cancer treatment at the time.
