We have a proven track record of investing in lower middle-market businesses and transforming them into substantially larger companies. AlpRidge Capital was founded by Peter Malekian who is a seasoned investment professional with over 25 years of experience investing, advising and leading middle-market companies.

Prior to AlpRidge Capital, Peter worked for over ten years as an executives and senior investment professional with MCG Capital, a private investment firm with over $5 billion of capital invested in middle-market companies since inception. The AlpRidge team has invested in 20 platform companies with over $2 billion in enterprise value and has advised numerous others. Many of these companies have reinvented or transformed their industries and created substantial equity value in the process. The AlpRidge Capital team includes experienced investment and operating veterans working collaboratively for the benefit of our platform companies.

Our unique structure allows us to concentrate our efforts on each platform investment with a long-term view. We are free from artificial pressures defined by finite investment periods and short exits. Our broad experience allows us to approach each situation with creativity and flexibility to build lasting value. We can invest both debt and equity, and invest in publicly traded companies.
