Rick Fossier has more than twenty-five years of corporate growth and revitalization experience, specializing in sales, marketing and business development. He started his career with the Nestle Corporation, before moving to the media space with Valassis Communications in Michigan and also has worked with a number of private equity backed companies.

Until 2015, for thirteen years, Rick served as the Chief Sales Officer for Intermedix, a private equity backed healthcare revenue cycle management, software and services company that grew from a small regional player to a significant national and international company. His responsibilities encompassed full P&L ownership of a growing sales force responsible for driving all new client sales to due diligence efforts around dozens of acquisitions over this time frame.

During Rick’s tenure at Intermedix, annual revenues grew from $6 million to more than $250 million. He led the sales strategy and efforts for major revenue cycle management clients such as the cities of Chicago, Nashville, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Boston, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Omaha and New York. He introduced patient-care technology and automatic vehicle locator technology to fire departments across the U.S. through the outreach of a highly focused and specialized sales force, and he led business development efforts to implement a world-leading emergency management technology into agencies at the Federal, Regional and Local levels, as well as with organizations and agencies in Central America, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. Additionally, Rick managed the business development and sales efforts to emergency medicine and primary care physician practices, offering both revenue cycle management and comprehensive practice management services.

Rick received his Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University.
