Visagar Shyamsundar is a technology visionary and a proven business leader with over fifteen years of experience building enterprise software, SaaS and technology service organizations from start-up through exit. He has been a Founder, CEO, CTO, COO and Chairman of the companies he’s built, managed and exited. Visagar has managed both internal and external growth during his career by building and leading high achieving software development, sales and marketing, and operations teams. He’s also completed key acquisitions, raised equity capital, and completed bank debt and mezzanine financings.

He’s currently Founder and CEO of Streety, a company he launched in 2014. Streety is a software and data aggregation company that provides insight into real estate properties in the Washington Metropolitan area. Prior to Streety, for 10 years, Visagar progressively served as CTO, COO, CEO and Chairman of American Cadastre, a vertical market software and services company serving State and County governments, specializing in Records Management and Justice markets. During his ownership of American Cadastre, Visagar also founded and exited smartdatalayer.com, a sophisticated enterprise search software capable of crawling, indexing and providing search API and a user interface framework compatible with all commercially available structured databases. Prior to joining American Cadastre in 2003, Visagar was a software architect and worked as a consultant for Intelsat for four years.

In 2010, Northern Virginia Technology Council recognized Visagar as a Washington Metropolitan Technology Innovator, and in 2012, Washington Technology Magazine awarded him the SmartCEO 100 Best Run Companies in Washington Metro.
